Approach

Tune FOC on the bench with hardware-in-the-loop encoders, validate tracking on ground targets, then progress to hover with synchronized telemetry and disturbance tests.

Results

Ground runs show stable tracking under step inputs and light disturbance. Next up: hover trials and exposure-stacking demos.
